New Haven is a city of renters and one local real estate developer is looking to change that with the introduction of new condominiums into the East Rock (or Goatville) neighborhood.  The plan calls for the transformation of the Old Lehman Brothers’ (no not those Lehman Brothers) Factory into 30 condos filling a wide gap in the New Haven real estate market.

As part of the firm’s zoning practice, Attorney Ken Rozich presented the plan to the East Rock Community Management Team (ERCMT) and received the first standing ovation of a developer at the ERCMT, at least according to one long time resident.
